当人们沉浸在迎接千禧之年的期盼中,烽火通信的工程人员随着第一张国际订单,第一次走出了国门为国际客户服务。他们用吃苦耐劳的精神,保质保量完成了第一张烽火国际承载网的建设,在世界的舞台上展示了烽火通信服务的品质和风采。此时,经过十多年的开拓,烽火通信在国际电信市场的占有量日益增长,国际客户所需要的服务类型和方式也越发多样化。为了能为全球客户提供多样化并专业贴心的服务,烽火通信客服中心2011年末迈出了向国际化服务转型的变革步伐。
