目的 探讨人皮肤癌毛细血管后微静脉的形态特征。方法 用光镜、电镜观察了 12例人皮肤癌不同病程癌组织中毛细血管后微静脉的分布和形态特点。结果 皮肤癌毛细血管后微静脉主要分布于乳头层及网织层浅层。内皮细胞多数形态高大 ,细胞器丰富 ,胞质多见绒毛状突起 ,胞膜近基膜侧出现节段性高电子密度带。少数内皮细胞低矮扁平 ;病变晚期 ,线粒体肿胀 ,W P小体增多 ,胞膜上节段性高电子密度带减少。部分血管壁不完整 ,基膜不连续。结论 毛细血管后微静脉内皮细胞的活化 ,有利于淋巴细胞的穿越 ,随病程进展 ,内皮细胞发生损伤 ,淋巴细胞穿越减少。
Objective To investigate the morphological characteristics of microvessels after capillary of human skin cancer. Methods The distribution and morphological features of capillary venules in 12 cases of human skin cancer with different pathological stages were observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Results The skin microcapsules were mainly located in the papillary and reticular layers. Most of the endothelial cells are of high shape, rich organelles and more villous processes in the cytoplasm. The segmental high electron density band appears on the proximal membrane side of the cell membrane. A small number of endothelial cells low and flat; late lesions, mitochondria swelling, W P bodies increased, the membrane on the segmental high electron density band decreased. Part of the vessel wall is incomplete, the basement membrane is not continuous. Conclusion The activation of capillary endothelial cells is conducive to the lymphocyte traversal, with the progress of the disease, endothelial cell injury, reduced lymphocyte crossing.
