為了改進領導和教學工作,我校領導幹部分工,進行有重點地審批教師的課時計畫,是從去年三月開始的。一年多來對於這個辦法有了些初步體會。 (一)促使領導上開始系統地深入地鑽研教材我校由校長重點審批語文、地理兩科的課時計畫,教導主任重點審批曆史、生物、理化及其他各科的課時計畫。我們對很多課程不夠熟悉,審批課時計畫使我們獲得熟悉一些課程的機會。我們首先從一兩科開始,根據教學大綱(草案)研究教材,再去看教師的課時計畫。為了進一步肯定教師所制訂的課時計畫是否正確,再與教材、教學大綱(草案)相對證。這樣做的結果,一方面發現了問題與教師進行研究,對教師有些幫助,同時也使我們對不熟悉的教材逐漸熟悉了。現在我們所熟悉的一兩科,就對於進一步掌握業務知識,更好
