我校中医系副教授、副主任医师陈宝田长期致力于经方研究,尤其是经方合用,更是得心应手,小乌桂汤便是他多年来临床应用效果良好的合方之一,兹介绍如下: 一、组成、功效及应用 (一)组成:本方由《千金要方》小续命杨、《金匮要略》乌头汤和桂枝芍药知母汤组成。具体药物为:麻黄10克,防己12克,党参15克,黄岑10克,桂枝12克,甘草12克,白芍20克,川芎12克,杏仁12克,熟附子15克,防风10克,生姜3片,川乌12克,黄芪15克,知母12克。 (二)功效:疏风散寒祛湿,益气养血通络。
