我国的高等教育已经属于大众化的教育模式,高校不断扩招,高校毕业的音乐专业人才不断增加,已经超出了当前社会对音乐专业人才的需求,音乐专业就业竞争的激烈局面加剧,就业的情况不容乐观。为了解决当前高校音乐专业毕业生的就业问题,需要对当前音乐专业毕业生的就业状况做出分析,并在此基础上,为音乐专业毕业生就业问题的解决提供针对性的对策,以改善其就业状况,提高音乐专业毕业生的就业率。
