锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位为临床常见损伤,以前多采用保守治疗,肩关节较长时间制动,最终影响肩关节功能,效果不理想.目前大多采用锁骨钩钢板或克氏针加张力带治疗,疗效满意.广西百色市右江区医院外科自2004年至今,采用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位40多例,其中随访28例.
