雷电灾害是联合国公布的干旱、洪水、地震、海啸等10余种最严重的自然灾害之一,具有巨大的破坏性,对社会造成巨大的经济损失。研究、普及《建筑物及电气设备防雷技术》具有重要的现实意义。本刊特邀湖南省电力公司试验研究院高级工程师、学术带头人、科培部主任、国家电网公司输变电设备防冰减灾技术重点实验室副主任、湖南省电机工程学会高压专业委员会委员蒋正龙介绍《建筑物及电气设备防雷技术》,共分7讲,从本期起连续刊载。
The lightning disaster is one of the most serious natural disasters of over 10 kinds announced by the United Nations, such as droughts, floods, earthquakes and tsunamis. It has great devastation and causes enormous economic losses to the society. Research and popularization of Lightning Protection Technology for Buildings and Electrical Equipment have important practical significance.
