在苏联解体和东欧剧变之后出现了东西欧一体化的乐观结论。但是由于社会主义的历史遗产、社会主义经济发展起始条件的多样性、具体的民族发展道路、制度的外部环境差异等多方面的原因,使得后社会主义转型国家与西欧出现了新的差异和裂痕。捷克、匈牙利和波兰分别采取了不同的发展模式并且遇到了不同的困难,表现出了不同于西方资本主义的趋势。
After the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the drastic changes in Eastern Europe, there appeared an optimistic conclusion about the integration of East and West. However, due to the historical legacy of socialism, the diversity of starting conditions for the development of socialist economy, the specific national development path and the differences in the external environment of the system, new differences have emerged between post-socialist transition countries and Western Europe and crack. The Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland respectively adopted different modes of development and encountered different difficulties, showing a tendency different from that of western capitalism.
