Reasonable choice of price conditions is an important part of export trade. When choosing transaction price conditions, we must implement the principle of equality and mutual benefit, taking into consideration factors such as freight rates, China’s capacity for shipping, the port of destination of the goods delivered to the port of destination, and maritime risk. Under normal circumstances, exports should strive to use the CIF condition. In other words, it is insured domestically and carried by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate the transfer of our ship and cargo, complete the export mission on time, and increase the national transport and insurance coverage.
