建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定胆石利通片中的白矾。白矾中的铝元素在0~1 g/ml范围内线性关系良好,方法重复性RSD为2.95%;空白加样和样品加样回收率为105.3%和106.0%。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established for the determination of alum in tanshitong tablets. The alum showed a good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 1 g / ml with the method of RSD of 2.95%. The recoveries of blank samples and samples were 105.3% and 106.0%, respectively.
