在水和离子液体溶液中,以氯化镉和硫代乙酰胺为原料,采用超声技术制备ZnO/CdS复合光催化剂。借助于X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱对ZnO/CdS进行了表征。结果表明:在离子液体中合成的ZnO/CdS复合粉体具有较好的结晶度,CdS在花状结构ZnO上分散更均匀;与水中合成的ZnO/CdS复合粉体相比,其吸收带边发生红移。离子液体中合成的ZnO/CdS复合粉体具有较好的光催化活性,这主要归结于离子液体对粒径的调控和超声在离子液体中增强的空化作用。
In water and ionic liquid solution, CdS and thioacetamide were used as raw materials and ZnO / CdS composite photocatalysts were prepared by ultrasonic technique. The ZnO / CdS was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and UV-Vis absorption spectra. The results show that ZnO / CdS composite powders synthesized in ionic liquids have good crystallinity, and CdS is more uniformly dispersed in flower-like ZnO. Compared with the ZnO / CdS composite powders synthesized in water, the absorption bands Red shift occurred. The ZnO / CdS composite powders synthesized in ionic liquids have good photocatalytic activity, which is mainly attributed to the regulation of particle size by ionic liquids and the enhanced cavitation in ionic liquids by ultrasonic.
