“双培双带”富山乡

从2002年底开始,我省在农村组织实施“双培双带”先锋工程,即把农村党员、干部培养成发展能手, 把农村发展能手培养成党员、干部,带头致富,带领群众共同致富。从各地的实践情况看,“双培双带”先锋工程得到了农村党组织、农民党员、发展能手和农民群众的积极响应。截至去年底,全省农村培养入党积极分子12.6万人,发展党员3.5万人,其中发展能手分别占51%;各地培训党员干部88.6万人次,培训发展能手21万人,建立示范基地1.3万个,确定示范户14.1万户,参加“双培双带”的党员43.2万人,带动农户100多万户。实践证明,“双培双带”先锋工程是新时期农村党建工作的有效栽体,有利于更好地发挥农村党员的先锋模范作用,有利于促进农村经济发展和广大农民增收致富。 Since the end of 2002, our province has organized the pioneering project of “double training and double banding” in rural areas. Practice has proved that the pioneering project of “double training and double-band” is an effective carrier for party building in the rural areas in the new era and is conducive to giving better play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members in rural areas and promoting the development of the rural economy and increasing the income of the vast majority of peasants.
