目的探讨以学生为主体的床边教学在外科学教学中的应用效果。方法选择江苏医药职业学院2014级临床医学专业学生60人作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30人。对照组采用传统的见习教学方法,实验组采用以学生为主体的床边教学方法。结果期中和期末实验组理论测试中基础知识成绩、病例分析成绩和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查的20个项目中,有19个项目的得分实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论我校实施的以学生为主体的床边教学,可有效增强教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect of bedside teaching with students as the main body in the teaching of surgery. Methods Sixty-six clinical students in 2014 from Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Medicine were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 in each group. The control group adopted the traditional method of trainee teaching, while the experimental group adopted the bedside teaching method with students as the main body. The results of basic knowledge, case analysis scores and total scores in the experimental group during the middle and end of the experimental period were all higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Among the 20 items in the survey, 19 items scored higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The bedside teaching with students as the main body in our school can effectively enhance the teaching effect.
