电网设备的检修主要执行计划检修,计划按时间分为年度、月度和日检修计划。月度检修计划(简称“月计划”)的管理水平直接关系到供电可靠性、设备的健康水平和电网的安全、稳定运行,是同业对标中的一项重要指标。作为地区电网运行和操作的指挥机构,运城地调同时负责月计划的制订和实施。通过分析现实情况:虽然在管理上理念比较先进,也基本实现了现代化、科学化的管理,但实际执行情况却不理想。基于这种现实情况,在提高月计划管理水平方面进行了深入的研究和探索。
