电热管集油工艺是严寒地区低产油田实现单管集油、简化工艺、降低投资的一种有效技术措施,大庆外围油田某区块的10口油井采用了电热管单管通球工艺。采用电热保温管道配合单管通球的集油工艺,在不启用井口电加热器的情况下,利用油井进行单管通球试验,探索原油集输系统优化地面工艺、降低投资的新途径。通过对电热管配套单管通球工艺集油流程进行现场跟踪测试,对通球方式和流程、通球效果的实用性进行评价,认为电热管配套单井通球集油工艺在大庆外围油田虽然可行,但收球时间不便掌控,管理困难;通过长期开展电热管单管不通球集油试验,判定电热管单管集油工艺流程不用通球,可正常运行。
The electric heater oil-collecting process is an effective technical measure for single-tube oil-gathering, simplified technology and investment reduction in low-yielding oilfields in cold regions. Ten wells in a block of Daqing peripheral oilfield are equipped with a single-tube electric ball passing process. The electric heat-insulated pipe is used in combination with the single-pipe through-the-ball oil collecting process to conduct single-pipe pass-ball test with the oil well without using the electric heater in the well head, and to explore a new way to optimize the ground process of crude oil gathering and transportation system and reduce the investment. Through on-the-spot tracking test on the process of collecting oil through the single-tube through-ball process of the electric heating tube, the practicality of the ball-passing method and the process and the ball-passing effect is evaluated. It is concluded that the single- Feasible, but the ball receiving time inconvenient control, management difficulties; through the long-term single-tube heating tube oil-free test to determine the electric pipe single tube oil-free process without the ball can be normal operation.
