目的:优选舒肤爽喷雾剂中蛇床子等4味药材的CO2超临界萃取工艺条件。方法:以蛇床子素质量分数和总萃取得率为综合评价指标,采用HPLC测定蛇床子素含量,选取萃取压力、萃取温度及分离釜Ⅰ温度为考察因素,通过正交试验优选舒肤爽喷雾剂处方中4味药材的CO2超临界萃取工艺条件。结果:萃取温度、萃取压力对萃取工艺有显著影响,分离Ⅰ温度无显著性影响。优选的萃取条件为萃取温度50℃,萃取压力30 MPa,分离釜Ⅰ温度50℃。结论:优选的挥发油萃取工艺稳定可行,可推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the CO2 supercritical fluid extraction conditions of four medicinal herbs such as Cnidium monnieri in Shu Shuang spray. Methods: Taking osthole mass fraction and total extraction rate as the comprehensive evaluation index, the content of osthole was determined by HPLC. The extraction pressure, the extraction temperature and the temperature of the separation kettle Ⅰ were selected as the investigation factors. By orthogonal test, Shu Shuhuang spray prescription CO2 extraction of four herbs in supercritical CO2. Results: The extraction temperature and extraction pressure had a significant effect on the extraction process. There was no significant effect on the temperature of separation Ⅰ. The optimal extraction conditions were extraction temperature of 50 ℃, extraction pressure of 30 MPa and separation kettle Ⅰ temperature of 50 ℃. Conclusion: The optimal volatile oil extraction process is stable and feasible, which can be used widely.
