目的探讨糖化血红蛋白水平与血糖、血脂之间的关系及对DM检测的意义。方法选取138例受试者检测糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)。同时检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),并对HbA1c与FBG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C检测结果进行直线相关分析。结果 DM组的HbA1c与FBG正相关,与TC、TG存在平行升高趋势。结论糖化血红蛋白及血脂各项检测与DM均存在相关性,其联合监测在DM的诊断和治疗过程中有一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and blood glucose and blood lipid and the significance of detecting DM. Methods 138 subjects were tested for HbAlc, fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG). TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were measured at the same time. The levels of HbA1c and FBG, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL -C test results for linear correlation analysis. Results HbA1c was positively correlated with FBG in DM group, and increased in parallel with TC and TG. Conclusions There is a correlation between the detection of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids and DM. The combined monitoring of them has some reference value in the diagnosis and treatment of DM.
