地下连续墙施工质量问题关系到地下车站主体结构施工期间的安全性和运营期间的耐久性。在分析地下连续墙质量缺陷产生原因的基础上,提出根据墙体完整性、抗渗性及混凝土强度是否满足设计要求,将地下连续墙划分为4个质量等级,针对不同的质量等级采取相应的处治措施;分析了墙体存在结构损伤的处理措施,并依托温州市域铁路明挖隧道基坑工程实例进行了验证。研究结果表明:质量等级为I级和II级的地下连续墙可不做修补处理,质量等级为III级或IV级的地下连续墙,需要进行修补处理;可通过增加地下连续墙槽段、钻孔灌注桩、高压喷射注浆等方法对地下连续墙结构损伤进行修复。
The construction quality of the diaphragm wall relates to the safety of the main structure of the underground station during construction and the durability during operation. Based on the analysis of the causes of the quality defects of underground continuous walls, the paper proposes that the underground continuous walls should be divided into four grades according to whether the wall integrity, impermeability and concrete strength meet the design requirements. The corresponding quality grades The measures to deal with the structural damage existing in the wall were analyzed and verified by relying on the engineering examples of foundation pit excavation of the Wenzhou Railway. The results show that underground continuous walls of grade I and grade II can be repaired without repair, and underground continuous walls of grade III or IV need to be repaired. By adding underground continuous wall troughs, Grouting piles, high pressure jet grouting and other methods to repair the diaphragm wall structure damage.
