本装置系为φ38五机架钢管连轧机可控硅供电装置,因为是连续轧管又不可能形成活套,故要求电气传动装置摔制系统调节速度要快,动态速度降要小,恢复时间要短,同时要各机架的速度按轧制工艺要求保持一定的关系。工艺变更时,各机架速度连续可调,以满足工艺要求。根据76年7~8月和77年1月底~2月初先后进行了连轧管浮动芯棒与限动芯棒轧制试验,结果证明本装置能满足试验轧机的要求。
