数控技术与数控机床的诞生开创了机械制造业的新时代,而随着科学技术的不断进步,数控机床加工精度得到了进一步提升,机械制造生产力也得到了大幅提高。但是受机床自身因素及外在生产环境的影响,目前数控铣床在加工精度方面仍然存在着一些缺陷。本文就数控铣床加工精度等相关问题进行重点研究,对制约铣床加工精度的因素予以了解,对提高铣床加工精度的措施进行阐述,以期提高我国数控铣床技术水平。
The birth of CNC technology and CNC machine tool has created a new era of machinery manufacturing industry. With the continuous improvement of science and technology, the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools has been further improved and the productivity of machinery manufacturing has also been greatly improved. However, due to the influence of machine tool itself and external production environment, there are still some defects in the machining accuracy of CNC milling machines. This article focuses on CNC milling machine machining accuracy and other related issues, to understand the factors that limit the accuracy of milling machines to understand the measures to improve the accuracy of milling machines, in order to improve China’s CNC milling technology.
