若想切实提升我国中小学教师的信息素养,必须从培养信息意识、信息观念入手,以激发兴趣为基点,形成运用信息技术的兴趣和动机。同时,设计合理的信息素养专项考核机制,制定相关的政策法规、建立激励机制,采取多种形式和方法,构建中小学教师信息素养的培训、考试、认证体系。
If we want to improve the information literacy of primary and secondary school teachers in our country, we must start with cultivating the awareness of information and information and take the interest as the starting point to form the interest and motivation of using information technology. At the same time, a reasonable evaluation system for information literacy is designed, relevant policies and regulations are formulated, and incentive mechanisms are established.
