将具有荧光特性的8氨-基喹啉与吡啶类试剂结合,首次合成了标题化合物1-(8喹-啉)-3-(3,5二-溴吡啶)-三氮烯(QBPyT)。其结构经过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱证实。研究表明,在碱性介质中,该试剂在λex/λem=248nm/496nm处产生强荧光,并且能被Sb(Ⅲ)荧光增强。基于此,建立了QBPyT测定Sb(Ⅲ)的新型荧光分析法。该方法的线性范围为1.6×10-7—1.2×10-5m ol/L,检出限为9.0×10-8m ol/L。将其应用于矿样中Sb(Ⅲ)的测定,结果令人满意。
The title compound 1- (8-quinolinyl) -3- (3,5-dibromopyridine) -triazene (QBPyT) was synthesized for the first time by coupling the 8-amino-quinoline with fluorescence properties with pyridine reagents. Its structure is confirmed by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum. Studies have shown that this reagent produces strong fluorescence at λex / λem = 248 nm / 496 nm in basic media and can be enhanced by Sb (Ⅲ) fluorescence. Based on this, a new fluorescence analysis method for the determination of Sb (Ⅲ) by QBPyT was established. The linear range of the method is 1.6 × 10-7-1.2 × 10-5mol / L, the detection limit is 9.0 × 10-8mol / L. The method was applied to the determination of Sb (Ⅲ) in ore samples with satisfactory results.
