南京柴油机厂铸工车间使用 Q3110型抛丸滚筒已有多年,使用中发现护板的消耗量很大,结构不够合理,尤其是上罩壳的护板,每5~6个班次就得换一付。改进后,弧形护板的消耗量与改进前差不多,而侧护权的寿命长达150班次,寿命是改进前的30倍,其结构见下图。改进前,弧形护板与侧护权的接合面在R233的内弧面,因接合面消除缝隙很困难,在高速九流的冲击下,缝隙不断扩大,5~6个
