近年来由于医学的飞速发展,在小儿肾病综合(以下简称肾病)的诊治方面取得了不少成效,特别是类固醇和免疫抑制药物(环磷酰胺)的联合应用。同时坚持了中西医结合的方法,减轻了药物的毒性反应,使肾病的缓解率明显上升,复发率、病死率明显下降。现将我院1984～1995年中收治23例小儿肾病治疗体会报告如下。1 一般资料全部病历符合1981年全国儿科肾脏病协作组有关肾病的诊断标
