应用循环伏安法(CV)和示差脉冲吸附阴极溶出伏安法(DPAdCSV),研究头孢唑啉钠在悬铜汞齐微电极(HCADME)上的电化学行为及电极反应机理,发现头孢唑啉钠与Cu(Ⅱ)形成配比为1∶1的配合物,并吸附在HCADME上,反应电子数为2。并建立了示差脉冲吸附阴极溶出伏安法(DPAdCSV)测定痕量头孢唑啉钠的灵敏方法。其测定的线性范围为6×10 ̄(-1)~1×10 ̄(-9)mol/L;检测限约为4×10 ̄(-10)mol/L(t_(ac)=120s)。本法用于注射剂中该物质的测定,结果满意。用本法直接测定尿中头孢唑啉钠是可能的。
Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential scanning calorimetry cathodic stripping voltammetry (DPAdCSV) were used to study the electrochemical behavior of cefazolin sodium on the copper-cadmium amalgam microelectrode (HCADME) and the electrode reaction mechanism.
