在体育教学中,男教师教男生,女教师教女生,当然是很理想的。但目前中小学普遍是男生多于女生,大多数学校由于师资、场地等因素,男女生教未能分班上课,男教师教女生,已有很多经验可借鉴,而女教师教男生,却存在着一些需要研讨的课题。这里就女教师如何上好男女生合班课,谈谈看法和体会。1 由于男生性别的不同,一般女教师完成某些运动技术动作的能力相对男教师差一些,但女教师也有许多男教师所不及的长处,比如,青年女教师能歌善舞等。在教学工作中,这些长处非但可以弥补短处,还能收到更佳的效果。2 有些学生由怀疑女教师的运动能力,进而怀疑女教师的威信。因此,对一个女教师来说,首先要提高业务水平,加强道德修养,课内课外都要严格要求自己,一举一动,一言一行,都要成为学生的表率,使学生觉得老师可敬可信。3 体育教学离不开示范,但女教师随着年龄的增长,很难再进行准确、优美的示范。这是一个很实际的问题。我在教学中采用以下两种方法。

Every word and deeds, we must be the model of the students, so that the students feel that the teacher is respectable and trustworthy. . 3 physical education can not be separated from the model, but female teachers with age, it is difficult to carry out accurate and beautiful demonstration. This is a very practical question. I use the following two methods in teaching.
