目的:探讨激活素A对巨噬细胞吞噬活性的调节作用。方法:ELISA法检测IL-1β,中性红实验检测巨噬细胞吞饮作用,鸡红细胞法检测吞噬活性,流式细胞术检测MHCⅠ、Ⅱ类分子表达。结果:激活素A不仅明显促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌IL-1β,还能促进巨噬细胞吞饮及吞噬活性,但对MHCⅠ、Ⅱ类分子表达没有影响。结论:激活素A可以促进巨噬细胞分泌IL-1β和吞噬活性,但对巨噬细胞抗原提呈作用无影响。
Objective: To investigate the regulatory effect of activin-A on macrophage phagocytosis. Methods: IL-1β was detected by ELISA, macrophage phagocytosis was detected by neutral red staining, phagocytic activity by chicken erythrocytes assay, and expression of MHC I and II molecules by flow cytometry. Results: Activin A not only significantly promoted the secretion of IL-1β by murine peritoneal macrophages, but also promoted macrophage phagocytosis and phagocytosis, but had no effect on the expression of MHC class I and class II molecules. Conclusion: Activin A can promote the secretion of IL-1β and phagocytic activity of macrophages, but has no effect on the antigen presentation of macrophages.
