作者选择90例下颌阻生第三磨牙病人,均进行体检和X线检查,左45例,右45例。全部病人用2%利多卡因和1:100,000肾上腺素阻滞麻醉后,翻瓣、去骨,将牙拔除,随后用10×20×7毫米明胶海绵一块并滴1毫升Terra-Cortril液置于左侧牙槽窝内。每毫升液中含土霉素5毫克和醋酸氢化考地松15毫克,混合在无机油和三硬脂酸铝乳剂内。右侧牙槽窝作为对照组,不用Terra-Cortril。粘膜瓣复位缝合,术后给予止痛药,5～7天拆线。全部病人复诊检查疼痛原因,观察术区,探查牙槽窝内血凝块,缺乏血凝块者诊断为局限性骨髓炎。
