选择芘作为光谱探针,用荧光光谱和吸收光谱法研究了一些水溶性脂肪醇与β-环糊精(β-CD)间的相互作用。结果表明,一元醇使得β-CD空腔极性减小,芘-β-CD包络物的形成常数增大;而多元醇具有相反的效应,指出醇与β-CD端羟基间的氢键作用是导致这些效应的本质原因。
Pyrene was selected as a spectroscopic probe to study the interaction between some water-soluble fatty alcohols and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) by fluorescence and absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the monool could reduce the polarity of β-CD cavity and increase the formation constant of pyrene-β-CD envelopment, while the polyols had the opposite effect. It was pointed out that the hydrogen bond between alcohol and β-CD hydroxyl The role is the essential cause of these effects.
