编者按:第一次听到荥阳市第三小学的名字,是通过一次与郑州师范学院老师的聊天。这是一所处于城乡接合部的普通学校,从校长、中层管理人员到普通老师,他们都喜欢从事一线教学,并享受着教育的探究过程和给孩子们带来收益的幸福;他们不断尝试新的教育教学方式,不断地进行改革,并与郑州师范学院的教师组成了研究共同体,共同探索最符合孩子们实际发展的教育之路。
Editor’s note: The first time you hear the name of the third primary school in Shenyang City, through a chat with teachers of Zhengzhou Normal University. This is an ordinary school in the urban-rural junction.
