在非洲和亚洲许多国家,乙型肝炎疫苗接种是控制乙型肝炎传播最有效的方法。由于该疫苗对热敏感,故冷链系统至关重要,但疫苗本身的热稳定性也很重要。本文报道了一种酵母重组乙型肝炎疫苗在不同贮藏温度下的热稳定性。
In many countries in Africa and Asia, hepatitis B vaccination is the most effective way to control the spread of hepatitis B. Cold-chain systems are crucial because the vaccine is heat-sensitive, but the thermal stability of the vaccine itself is also important. This article reports the thermal stability of a yeast recombinant hepatitis B vaccine at different storage temperatures.
