目的调查并分析上海市某三甲中医医院青年医生职业价值观的现状及影响因素,为中医类青年医生职业生涯规划的制定提供科学合理的依据。方法将人力资源部的职业规划工作与最新的Serv Qual量表相结合,设计完成专门针对青年医师的职业价值观量表。采用该量表对上海市某三甲中医医院的232名在岗青年医生进行问卷调查。结果 1中医类青年医生总体职业价值观较好,但在利他价值观方面存在不足。2女性内在价值观优于男性;年龄、学历、职称的差异,影响青年医生社会价值观的改变;户籍和家庭年收入影响青年医生的外在价值观。结论医院针对中医类青年医生的职业价值观特点,应建立轻松和谐的工作氛围、改善外部工作环境、调整外部价值;应合理分配岗位、明确岗位职责、制定青年医生人才培养方案;可将中医文化内涵与青年医生的职业成长相结合。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo and influential factors of the occupational values of young doctors in a Chinese medicine hospital in Shanghai and to provide a scientific and reasonable basis for the career planning of young Chinese medicine practitioners. Methods Combining the career planning of HR department with the latest Serv Qual scale, we designed and completed a professional value scale for young physicians. The questionnaire was used to survey 232 on-the-job young doctors in a Shanghai First-Class Chinese Medicine Hospital. Results 1 The overall occupational values of TCM doctors are better, but there are deficiencies in altruism values. 2 Women’s internal values are superior to men’s; differences in age, academic qualifications and professional titles affect the change of young doctors’ social values; and the annual income of hukou and family affects the external values of young doctors. Conclusion According to the professional values of young doctors in traditional Chinese medicine, the hospital should establish a relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere, improve the external working environment and adjust the external value. The rational allocation of posts, clear job responsibilities and development of young doctors’ Combined with the career growth of young doctors.
