我国房产地业经过十多年的快速发展,已成为我国的重要经济支柱产业之一,但房地产业作为一个新兴的产业,在快速发展的同时也暴露出一些问题,尤其是企业的内部控制制度跟不上,导致企业面临较大的风险,应加强内控建设,防范风险,将企业做大做强。
