书籍是人类进步的阶梯,书籍在生活中扮演着重要的角色,是传递文明与知识的重要工具。随着科技的进步,书籍设计也在不断发展,然而现在大多数的书籍都是借鉴西方版本,失去本身发展的特色,人们从“西式”雷同中产生审美疲劳,进而要求设计师实现突破。从中国传统哲学思想与书籍设计,书籍设计本土化以及书籍演变,论述了中国书籍设计“本土化”的必要性。
Books are the ladder of human progress. Books play an important role in life and are important tools for transmitting civilization and knowledge. With the progress of science and technology, the design of books is also constantly developing. However, most books nowadays borrow from the western versions and lose their own characteristics of development. People from the “Western” similar aesthetic fatigue, and thus require designers to achieve breakthroughs . From the Chinese traditional philosophy and book design, book design localization and book evolution, the necessity of Chinese book design “localization ” is discussed.
