重大危机都是社会公众非常关注的,也是媒体追逐的一个焦点和热点,在危机中当事人跟社会公众的沟通上媒体起到一个桥梁作用。这个桥梁应该由两块木板组成的,一个是大众传媒,另一个是专业传媒,现在的问题是大家比较关注的大众传媒的作用,往往对于专业传媒的作用是忽视的,这是一个缺陷。专业传媒不被引起重视,不被引起关注,这是在处理重大危机中的缺陷,应发挥和重视专业传媒在应对本行业或者本专业的重大危机中的作用。
All major crises are of great concern to the public and also a hot spot for the media to chase. In the midst of crises, the parties and the public communicate with the media to play a bridge role. The bridge should consist of two boards. One is the mass media and the other is the professional media. The problem now is the mass media that everyone is paying more attention to. The role of the mass media is often neglected. This is a flaw. Professional media should not be taken seriously and should not be paid attention to. This is a flaw in handling major crises. It should play and attach importance to the role played by professional media in dealing with major crises in this profession or profession.
