蚯蚓营养丰富,繁殖快,食性广,易养殖,且在渔业上显示出良好的经济效果。因而近十年来人工养殖蚯蚓在国内外蓬勃发展。本文仅就蚯蚓及蚓粪的营养价值与鱼类养殖的关系进行初步分析,以使人们将我国丰富的蚯蚓资源加以开发利用,解决鱼类动物性蛋白质饲料的不足问题。据国内外资料报道:蚓体干物质占原体的15～21.17％。含粗蛋白质50.43～65.8
Earthworms nutritious, rapid propagation, wide feeding, easy to breed, and in the fisheries showed good economic results. Therefore, the artificial breeding of earthworms has been booming at home and abroad in the past decade. This article only analyzes the relationship between the nutritional value of earthworm and vermicompost and fish culture so that people can develop and utilize the abundant earthworm resources in our country and solve the problem of insufficient protein feed for fish animals.
