在全球化经济迅速发展的形势带动下,高校要为社会培养出一些高精尖的人才,适应划时代的改变和发展。我们在概念隐喻理论的指导下,研究写作教学对大学生英语写作能力的提高和影响是十分重要的,也是十分必要的。本文通过概念隐喻理论,从不同角度和方面对隐喻进行阐述,在众多的隐喻理论中,从认知角度对隐喻的阐释最具解释力,然而,在写作教学中,培养大学生的隐喻思维能力,对英语写作能力提高有着不可估量的作用。
Driven by the rapid development of global economy, colleges and universities must cultivate some sophisticated talents for the society so as to adapt to epoch-making changes and development. Under the guidance of conceptual metaphor theory, it is very important and necessary for us to study the influence of writing teaching on college students’ English writing ability. In this thesis, metaphor is expounded from different perspectives and aspects through conceptual metaphor theory. In many metaphorical theories, metaphor interpretation is the most explanatory from cognitive perspective. However, in writing teaching, it is necessary to cultivate college students’ metaphorical thinking ability, It has an immeasurable effect on the improvement of English writing ability.
