1986年3月,我厂热轧机的主电机运行不正常,在负载电流超过1万安培时,主电机电刷会产生电火花,并有可能将主电机烧毁。为了保证设备安全和生产的顺利进行,必须将电流限制在1万安培以下,进行限流生产。为此,在总厂和分厂有关领导的安排和指导下,成立了热轧工艺规程测算小组。对热轧工艺规程进行重新校核,使每道次的负载电流不超过1万安培,并且负载分配比较平衡。工作的重点放在LY12、LF6合金上1500、2480毫米的大宽板的校核上。我们应用微机在热轧工艺规程校核中的作法如下:
