开放是汲取别人精华的过程。高校图书馆实行对外开放是实现与外界学习交流、进步的过程,也是实现资源共享和自身持续发展的过程。我国高校图书馆在对外开放方面饶有成就,但不乏问题和不足。本文从高校图书馆对外开放现状分析入手,指出了存在的主要问题并做了细致的原因分析,最后针对性地提出了新形势下高校图书馆对外开放的新模式和对策,旨在为推动图书馆的持续发展提供参考和借鉴。
Open is the process of learning from the best of others. The implementation of opening to the outside world of the university library is the process of realizing the exchange and progress with the outside world, as well as the process of sharing resources and continuing its own development. China’s university library has made great achievements in opening up to the outside world, but there are many problems and shortcomings. This article starts with the analysis of the current situation of the opening of the university library, points out the main problems and analyzes the causes carefully, and finally puts forward the new mode and countermeasure of the opening of the university library in the new situation. The sustainable development of the museum provides reference and reference.
