现在我们的对外贸易、引进、合资等,愈来愈多地和日本商社打交道,很多人都感到日本商人很精明,谈判技术比较高超,往往我方容易吃亏。这些都促使我们要加强对日本贸易界,各大商社的情况的研究。 日本的综合商社多半是日本明治时代的御用商人和采矿业者,至今大约有一百多年历史,其中也有一些商社创业已有三、四百年。
Nowadays, our foreign trade, introduction, and joint ventures are increasingly dealing with Japanese trading companies. Many people feel that Japanese businessmen are smart and negotiating techniques are superb. We often lose money easily. All these have prompted us to strengthen our research on the situation of the Japanese trading community and major trading companies. Japan’s general trading companies are mostly Japanese imperial traders and miners in the Meiji era. They have been around for more than 100 years, and some of them have been in business for three to four hundred years.
