本文报导鹧鸪菜叶状体各种组织切段的再生,及切段位置、温度和海水比重对切段再生的影响。鹧鸪菜的再生能力很强,其叶状体切段在 N、P 海水中能迅速再生,产生多条假根和一至多个新叶片。各种切段再生都具有明显的上,下极性,边缘组织切段再生还有内、外极性。靠近藻体顶端的切段,再生速度和极性大于下部切段。切段再生速度很快,可以考虑用藻体切碎培养进行育苗,开展鹧鸪菜养殖,或者直接在室内人工条件下一年多次生产鹧鸪菜藻体或提取其有用物质。
