脑外伤并发心电图异常并非少见,本文分析了我院50例脑外伤并有心电图资料的患者,发现心电图异常者34例,占68%。本文就心电图异常与脑外伤的关系及发病机理提出讨论。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 50例中,男34例,女16例,平均年龄29.5岁(5~54岁)。按Glasgowi计分标准,重型脑外伤28例,中型脑外伤14例,轻型脑外伤8例。血钾降低者9例。本组病例无心脏病及高血压病史。
It is not uncommon for traumatic brain injury with electrocardiogram abnormalities. In this paper, 50 patients with traumatic brain injury and electrocardiogram data were analyzed. 34 patients (68%) were found abnormal electrocardiogram. This article discusses the relationship between ECG abnormalities and traumatic brain injury and pathogenesis. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 50 cases, 34 males and 16 females, mean age 29.5 years (5 to 54 years old). According to Glasgowi scoring criteria, 28 cases of severe traumatic brain injury, 14 cases of medium brain injury, 8 cases of light traumatic brain injury. Serum potassium decreased in 9 cases. This group of patients without heart disease and history of hypertension.
