为满足市场需要.云南省化工研究所进行了干洗剂(主要成份是四氯乙烯)的研制。它是以三氯乙烯为原料,经氯化、碱解而得。为了配合该工艺的试验研究和产品的质量检验,我们开展了四氯乙烯分析方法的研究。用气液色谱法对四氯乙烯产品、中间产物、干冼剂中的四氯乙烯及其它杂质进行了分离分析,得到了满意的结果。该方法有效地配合了工艺试验研究,已正式定为干洗剂企业标准中四氯乙烯含量的测定方法。现将该方法介绍如下。
In order to meet the needs of the market, Yunnan Chemical Institute conducted a dry cleaning agent (the main ingredient is tetrachlorethylene). It is trichlorethylene as raw material, the chlorination, derived from alkali. In order to meet the process of experimental research and product quality inspection, we conducted a study of tetrachlorethylene analysis. The results of separation and analysis of tetrachlorethylene and other impurities in tetrachlorethylene products, intermediates and dry-cleaning agents were analyzed by gas-liquid chromatography. Satisfactory results were obtained. The method effectively with the process of experimental research, has officially set the standard for dry cleaning enterprises tetrachlorethylene content determination. The method is introduced below.
