随着改革开放30余年的发展,我国中小企业经济发展迅速,盈利能力不断增强,但由于其财务管理问题,使其经济发展受到制约。在很大程度上严重影响了企业的运行与发展,因此,提高中小企业在竞争激烈、复杂市场环境中的适应力十分重要。本文分析了中小企业面临的各种财务管理现状,并提出促进中小企业稳定发展的对策。
With the development of more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the economy of our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises has developed rapidly and its profitability has been continuously enhanced. However, due to its financial management, its economic development is restricted. To a large extent, seriously affect the operation and development of enterprises, therefore, to improve the resilience of SMEs in a highly competitive and complex market environment is very important. This article analyzes the various financial management faced by small and medium-sized enterprises and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the stable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
