血管性假血友病是一种先天遗传性出血性疾病,其特征是皮肤出血时间延长,凝血因子Ⅷ有质或量的异常。von Willebrand于1926年首先报道,故又名von Willebrand病(vWD)。
Von Willebrand disease is a congenital hereditary hemorrhagic disease characterized by prolonged bleeding of the skin and an abnormality in quality or quantity of factor VIII. Von Willebrand first reported in 1926, it is also known as von Willebrand disease (vWD).
