目的研究高温高强度训练时补液的效果及激素和内皮素-1的改变。材料与方法将60名在高温下训练的官兵随机分为3组,每组20名,分别饮用水、含钠液、含钠含糖液。早饭前、午饭前、晚饭前分别抽血,监测血钠、钾、渗透压、血糖、血肾素、醛固酮、内皮素-1,应用统计学方法比较每组内各指标和组间各指标的变化。结果补充水份组,与训练前相比,血钠及渗透压明显下降,肾素、醛固酮明显升高,与其它两组有明显差异。补充含钠液组,血钠、肾素、醛固酮轻度升高,渗透压、血糖无明显变化,而补充含钠含糖液,血糖明显高于其它两组,血钠、渗透压及肾素、醛固酮无明显变化。各组内皮素-1均有轻度升高趋势,但无明显差异。各组血钾无变化。本组无晕厥者。结论高温高强度下训练定时补充含钠含糖液既可改善脱水和电解质紊乱也能防止训练中的低血糖。血浆肾素、醛固酮、内皮素-1水平可作为反映脱水及其纠正的血液指标之一。
Objective To study the effect of fluid replacement and changes of hormone and endothelin-1 during high-temperature and high-intensity training. Materials and Methods 60 officers and soldiers trained at high temperature were randomly divided into three groups of 20, each containing drinking water, sodium solution and sodium-containing sugar solution. Pre-dinner, before lunch and before dinner, respectively, blood, serum sodium, potassium, osmotic pressure, blood glucose, blood renin, aldosterone, endothelin-1, statistical methods were used to compare the indicators within each group and each index Variety. Results Compared with the pre-training group, serum sodium and osmotic pressure decreased significantly, and renin and aldosterone increased significantly, which was significantly different from the other two groups. Sodium supplementation group, serum sodium, renin, aldosterone mildly elevated, osmotic pressure, no significant changes in blood glucose, and sodium supplementation of sugar, blood glucose was significantly higher than the other two groups, serum sodium, osmotic pressure and renin , Aldosterone no significant change. Each group of endothelin-1 had a slight upward trend, but no significant difference. No changes in serum potassium. No syncope in this group. Conclusions The training of high temperature and high intensity time-consuming sodium-containing sugar solution can not only improve dehydration and electrolyte imbalance but also prevent the training of low blood sugar. Plasma renin, aldosterone, endothelin-1 levels can be used as a reflection of dehydration and correction of one of the blood indicators.
