一、冷藏苹果的品种和质量要求适宜冷库贮藏的中熟品种有红元帅、红星、金冠、红玉、红冠;晚熟品种有国光、富士、鸡冠、倭锦、秦冠、青香蕉、印度。苹果入库前应做好质量检验工作,以符合部颁鲜苹果收购标准。产地库贮藏果机械伤不超过3％,销地库不能超过10％,要求没有明显生理损坏,没有任何可见的真菌和细菌侵染的病斑,果实清洁,不带有液态水的痕迹。
