在果实发育期间叶面喷施硼营养液和采收前喷施壳聚糖溶液对番荔枝果实冷藏品质的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,生长期施硼改善了番荔枝果实的品质;采前喷壳聚糖明显地延长番荔枝果实贮藏寿命与软熟时间,降低裂果率和失重率,减缓果实内含物的损失。其中生长发育期叶面施硼结合采前喷施壳聚糖处理冷藏效果优于其它处理。
The effects of foliar application of boron nutrient solution and chitosan solution before fruit harvest on the fruit quality during the fruit development were discussed. The results showed that the application of boron in growth period improved the quality of the fruits of Annona nigra. The preharvest spray chitosan obviously prolonged the storage life and soft ripening time of Annona nigra fruits, reduced the rate of fruit cracking and weight loss, and slowed the loss of fruit contents. The growth and development of the foliar application of boron combined with spraying chitosan pre-harvest chilling effect is better than other treatments.
