《中华人民共和国反恐法》规定了一项全新的制度,即安置教育制度,这是中国在刑罚的改革与发展过程中产生的一项针对恐怖主义、极端主义犯罪人的制度,但是由于其与我国传统的刑罚制度存在比较明显的差异,在实践的过程中也产生了一定程度的疑惑。
The “Anti-Terrorism Law of the People’s Republic of China” sets forth a completely new system, namely, the placement of education system. This is a system of China’s criminal and terrorist extremists arising from the reform and development of penalties. However, The traditional punishment system in our country has obvious differences, and it also produces a certain degree of doubt in the process of practice.
