Since the United Nations explicitly put forward the issue of “sustainable development”, although academic circles in various countries have drawn great attention, far from establishing a complete theoretical system. Therefore, it is of crucial importance to strengthen the research in this field in order to establish a complete and scientific theoretical system. So, how to build?
